Annette was born on January 6th, 1964. Annette's father is Leonard James CARR and her mother is Elizabeth Tatham. Her paternal grandparents were Leonard CARR and Esther Eugenia GUNSSER. She had a brother and a sister, named Barry and Leanne. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 22 in 1986. She was buried in Preston Cemetary, Area P, Grave 10560.
