Henry George MITCHELL

Henry was born in 1894 in Barwo VIC. Henry's father was John MITCHELL and his mother was Ellen AMOR. His paternal grandparents were Robert Quick MITCHELL and Jane JENNINGS; his maternal grandparents were William AMOR and Ann Priscilla WHEELER. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William, John, Frederick, Elizabeth, Ellen, Rebecca and Martha. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 78 in 1972 in Echuca.

General Notes
- John's four sons became farmers - John (Jack) and Henry (George) moved out of the district to Wharparilla, Fred transferred his interests to the Echuca area in the 1920's, while Bob's property is still in Mitchell hands.
